I’m in my second year at the Lincoln and I love it. Many wonderful people live in the building, and I feel safe knowing many of my neighbors, either through hallway encounters or monthly resident events. I would recommend an apartment that is not pool facing if you want the quietest apartment in the summer, though I actually prefer the pool view and don’t mind the occasional pool party noise. My husband and I love living at The Lincoln. It is right downtown so I can walk to work every day. The building is clean and beautiful. The staff are super friendly, maintenance is quick to respond, and they are dog friendly! We looked at lots of apartment buildings in downtown raleigh but this one is definitely the best.
The Lincoln is centrally located, clean and quite, super friendly, and the apartments are modern with great natural light from the big windows. The pool and common areas are well-maintained and the staff is so helpful and nice. The Lincoln often hosts community events that are fun (and free) for its residents--which is a great way to meet the neighbors. The closets are also much larger than other downtown apartments, which is a huge bonus.
The Lincoln is a great place to live. The quality of life it fosters is above average. The proximity to downtown plus the amenities it offers make it a great value and satisfying place to be. The staff is also very friendly.
I have lived at the Lincoln for the past 18 months--and have really enjoyed my time there. Location is perfect to everything downtown and walking distance to so many great restaurants. The staff at the Lincoln is very friendly and responsive. I'd highly recommend the Lincoln to all my friends.

The Lincoln has been great. The studio has a nice layout. I walk to work in 5 minutes. I can grab a coffee or hot chocolate on my way out. I can walk to public transit at GoRaleigh Station and walk/bike/R-Line to bars/restaurants/entertainment/parks. I can workout. I can swim about. I can play pool, foosball, and table shuffleboard.
