In my apartment search, I found that the Lincoln offered better prices for more space while still providing easy access to all that Downtown Raleigh has to offer. The units are very clean and have the same "luxury-style" finishes and appliances that you'll find at the other apartments downtown that'll probably charge you a couple hundred more. I've lived here for almost 3 years and have no plans to leave anytime soon. It is one of the quieter downtown apartment buildings, and has a full-size, private pool you can actually swim laps in. The staff is wonderful, and any maintenance needs are completed within a day.
