What a great place. We were staying at the hotel across the street, saw there were good reviews & decided to check it out. Even though we got there pretty late the staff couldn't have been nicer. Our wait staff Heather & Noah were great. They helped us with some menu item decisions & checked on us all through our meal to make sure everything was good. The food was delicious & great portion sizes. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

We sat at the bar and had dinner and drinks. The food was amazing and the bartender was so funny and fun to talk to. We all talked like we knew each other. Will deffinatly be back in next time i am in indy
The Library has a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. My husband and I went here for our anniversary. He had the steamed shrimp and the Walleye and loved them both:). I had the ribeye steak, baked potato and seasonal vegetables which were zucchini and yellow squash. I like steaks cooked medium well and many places have a hard time with this and I either get them rare or cooked until they are tough and burnt...not at the Library! My steak was cooked perfectly:)! We love coming to The Library - annual event before we fly out on vacation. The bartender is awesome and he actually remembered us! Had the Italian mushrooms (a must) filet and baked potato - yummy!

5 stars is all they offered me to rate this awesome restaurant. It deserves a couple more stars. I am connoisseur of fine food, and the Library measures up to my standards. I like prime rib, but the cut of choice for me is the Filet Mignon. Never the less the hype about their prime rib convinced me to try it. Will be back again for the 3rd yr in a row for my annual trek from Rochester, NY to the INDY 500. Can't wait for the Prime Rib to "get in muh belly!"
