RecommendedVery nice hotel..love the rooms
Great hotel in an excellent location for exploring New York. I received wine, chocolate dipped strawberries, cheese, dried fruit and crackers in the room on arrival, as we were in New York for my 40th birthday, lovely gesture. Room was very clean, big and had everything you needed. Staff were helpful although check in we weren’t given directions to the lift or told what floor we were on but managed to work it out. Would stay again if we visit New York again
Was told my room was going to be a queen room and when I checked in the bed was a full size. That was a surprise and when I said something to the front desk they kept insisting it was a queen sized bed

Just got here so still checking things out! Seems convenient to everything. The lobby with videos and pics of Marilyn Monroe and other Hollywood celebrities is quite posh!
so not impressed. Booked through Expedia as a VIP hotel. Motel 6 is better small rooms very lound uncomfortable beds and the biggest complaint for almost $400 a night I expect a blanket not a thin sheet
Tuvimos una mala experiencia con el botones la verdad fue muy ordinario con nosotras, lo llamamos para bajar las maletas y luego le pedí tenerlas un rato en el carro hasta q llegara el transfer y el de muy mala forma me trató pésimo y me dijo q si no pagaba los 3 dólares por maleta para guárdalas con ellos agarrará mis maletas y yo las llevara al lobby para esperar al transfer, yo le iba a dar propina y todo, antes de eso hablé con la chica del check out le pregunté si estaba bien y ella súper amable nos dijo si está ok, el ... read more
Excellent staff and well appointed rooms. Only complaint was a bit of banging around the room overnight but could not pinpoint it. Generally a good experience
