Muy lindo hotel, excelente desayuno, el lobby es mu lindo. Fuimos en familia, si bien la habitación era linda, era muy pequeña para los cuatro, la canilla del lavabo estaba floja y costaba cerrar, nos hubiese gustado una habitación más grande, nos habían dicho de una habitación en piso 21 y cuando regresamos para entrar nos asignaron piso 8, según nos dijeron que fue un cambio por orden del director, estábamos cansados por lo que accedimos. I like the vibe and ambience & convenient location. But this visit has been a little disappointing so far. the kitchen closed as we walked into the bar on arrival last night at 11 pm, but they did fix some guacamole for us (which was delicious!) This morning, breakfast has been chaos. After having had no dinner last night, we found the hot food buffet was totally empty; but refills eventually came out. the buffet area was extremely crowded, and then looking for plain black tea, there was none—asked staff and he pointed me to... read more

Lovely view from a room looking across 48th St. Super helpful doorman when unloading car on a busy NYC street. Comfortable lobby with a Starbucks connected to it. Easy walk to Grand Central and plenty of restaurant choices. Valet parking( at NYC typical rates) very efficient and quick when retrieving the car.
