Just checked out from this wonderful hotel. Location, staff and rooms were amazing and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in a central location of New York.
Hotel is awesome, clean, has a classy nostalgic feel with state of the art modern amenities.

The staff were fabulous! The hotel is very chic and I just adored the Marilyn Monroe theme. The beds are comfy beds and the locale is great...will definitely stay at the Lex on my next trip to NYC!

Have stayed in many Marriott hotels and several autograph hotels throughout the world, this hardly lives up to previous basic Marriott hotels and is far from the standard of the autograph name. 5th floor smells like an ashtray, the rooms have paper cups, no glasses, no coffee facilities in the room. If you want a coffee its 6-10 in the lobby. I'm on holiday, I dont want to get dressed to be able to get a coffee. This is a glorified motel with a $400 a night charge and this is only my first night of 3
One word: Amazing! From the moment I made the reservation to when Alexandra J. Malamud reached out to me and upgraded our room to the point when we checked in al... well .... that’s the amazing part! Our room had an amazing balcony on Floor 23 - a wonderful housekeeping staff and kind personnel from the time we walked in until we left. Highly recommend.
