とにかくフォトジェニックなホテルです。 フロント前にはコーヒーがあって24時間頂けます。 ただ忙しすぎるのか、人手不足なのか、電話に全く出てくれないので困ります。 水回りはスイートであっても狭いです。固定シャワーですが湯量は十分です。
Keep away from this hotel, they rip you off by adding money on your bill and taking it from your given credit card number when you have checked out!! Or their cleaning staff rob your room when you’re out!!
Great hotel. They always treat us well and the staff is lovely and accommodating.
location. better would be getting to your room in the middle of winter and finding someone has set the the aircon on. Freezing cold ! not nice.
this hotel and the staff were amazing and we will be sure to return! We loved the atmosphere and the location. Very nice to have free wine and jazz, after a full day of exploring New York.
