Rooms are great, staff friendly and excellent location.
A great hotel within walking distance to all touristic places in New York. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They upgraded us to a larger room which was a plus for us!

Extremely rude bell staff. The bald gentleman you have working currently at 2:30 on Saturday 7/7 has a classless, nasty, and unwelcoming attitude. You should hire much better staff to represent yourselves to visitors internationally and domestically. We parked our car in the hotel loading zone to take our bags out, and he immediately approached with a condescending & aggressive attitude. No “hello,” simply, “Hey! Where you goin?
