We wish we could pronounce/spell the valet’s name with the grey beret, he went above and beyond helping us find a place to eat, even chased down our confused Uber driver.
We are currently staying here and I must say, they really gave pulled out all the stops for my husbands birthday!! We was upgraded straight away to a king room, lovely Irina brought him us a big bag of goodies, wine, chocolate strawberries, popcorn, sweets and chocolate!! Then to top it off, we were informed yesterday, that we have 2 complimentary breakfasts this morning, for his actual birthday!!����� A massive thank you to our travel agent for arranging things for us too!! ������
I had some issues with this hotel on arrival and wrote a less than good review, but have been impressed by the swift management response and genuine concern and have changed my rating accordingly. Nice to see that the hotel cares about how it’s customers view the service they provide. Well done.
Muy bien ubicado. Las piezas muy bonitas y con vista a Lexington y a la 48. Reconozco que la vez anterior el room service fue mucho mejor. Tuvimos problemas con la calefacción y recién a la segunda vez que solicité la revisaran, fue alguien a hacerlo.
I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Great staff. Yep, it’s an old hotel. I like that. Yes the rooms are small but clean and well equipped. And yes tiny bathrooms. Love the location and the staff. Breakfast was excellent and served through the weekend. Very convenient.
