What a wonderful hotel. The location is convenient to all the sights of Manhattan. Cindy Ching and Nicole Brown are the best! When our room was not what we originally booked, they gladly upgraded to a much larger one. They and entire staff went above and beyond, kudos!
For the price this hotel didn’t blow me away. I️ should have stayed in the ritz. The room was very small and the bath room was even smaller than that. I️ did enjoy the fitness center.
Absolutely amazing hotel. Great location and amazing staff. Massive shout out to manager Juan. He was truly a delight and made the stay even better. This hotel is a jewel. All staff are friendly and helpful. Fabulous �
