Excellent hotel....very well located...staff is awesome. Just one suggestion...the bar closes to early. New York is a city in which people don’t like going to bed too early. I think you guys should keep the bar open at least until 2am.
Beautiful lobby but the rooms and bathrooms are TINY and even though they were clean you could see signs of wear and tear where maintenance was clearly needed.
Well in their homepage and Yelp they have wonderful pictures and we thought for one night it could work very fine but in reality room is super tiny, ceilings are coming off and everything smells like a mold.... absolutely tricked
Had a great stay @The Lexington and everything was perfect. Very attractive location as it’s only a walking distance to Time Square. Front desk experience was great and they were very responsive. Dylan/Concierge Desk is a true Gem for the property. He was super awesome.. Thanks
Not actually staying with you myself but like to say thank you so much for making my young daughter’s trip extra special , she has been wanting to visit New York since she was a little girl and staying at your hotel had made her dream New York trip extra special , She texted us straight away on Saturday when she arrived early to ask whether she can leave the suitcases with you while she goes and explore New York and told us how lovely your hotel was and how polite, kind and helpful your staff were .....
