We had booked three rooms on The Level. This hotel is busy, feels busy, and the staff were kind although I felt they were in survival mode due to how busy this location is. Standouts: Magdalena from The Level Lounge- beautifully kind, made an effort for conversation and was communicative. Susan from The Level provided good service. Es la cuarta vez que reservamos en este hotel. Muy bien situado y con todo lo que puedes necesitar durante tu estancia en Londres. El servicio Level es uno de los principales motivos para volver. El personal muy atento, especialmente Juan que nos atendió muy amablemente cada mañana en el desayuno.
