The service was so slow. One person serving and making the coffee just does not work

Oh my where do I start? If I could give 0 stars I would but it wouldn't let me. We attended a private pre booked event for Melody Dance Company on Saturday 12th July We arrived at just before 4pm and queued at the bar to get a drink. Took 20 minutes to get served even though there were only 4 people in front of us, slow doesn't even describe it. The fun started when the food came out.
