Great Little Hotel and the staff were lovely, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location is just perfect, we will definitely return one day.
Booked last minute for a weekend away. Chosen because it was dog friendly and was concerned about some bad reviews but needn't have worried. It was a lovely little b&b with very welcoming and friendly staff. Mark in particular was fantastic with our dogs and they even got a sausage at breakfast. Room was perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. Bathroom did have a damp smell but it is an old Victorian building so to be expected. Would definitely stay there again.
If you’re looking for luxury this hotel is not for you!. The hotel is very tired and needs a good over haul to bring it up to scratch. Rooms are tired, and to be honest, quite tatty. Came here for a family holiday from 8th August until 13th August.There was myself my husband,my mother in law the dog,my sister in law and 3 children. First impressions lovely lounge area,we were then showed our rooms,well where do I start.The rooms were disgusting, our shower was all mildew and we still had sand on the floor and top of cupboard from guess before us, sausage roll behind the fridge ,wouldn't put my clothes in any cupboards had bits in them.There was nail clippings on the side of the bed.Shower mat disgusting,... read more
I had the loveliest stay here with my partner. The staff were so friendly especially the guy on reception, didn’t get his name but he is a credit to the hotel. We loved it that much we stayed an extra 2 nights. Highly recommend the sea front room. We will be back soon x
