Left me with my thermostat at 48 degrees. tried troubleshooting, but through in the towel after trying for just 1 day. they told me my best option is to turn on my stove and oven and keep the door to the oven open. No accountability.

******* should be fired (she tried to use me as a punching bag) i loved ******** i lived at thirteen 20 apartments ******************* me ****s of dollars at move out she was refusing to cash rent magically when i moved back to ******** my check was cashed im honestly considering legal action as greystar refuses to give my deposit of almost $2000 ive paid them $400 after move out no more until my deposit is returned called **** at recievables and he didnt run my card according to my bank sick of these idiots wasting my time

They make us pay for parking $10 a month JUST TO TOW YOU FROM THE SPOT YOU OWN. I had low air and they towed me. There's trash all over the community, my back glass was broken out over night due to vandalism a few months ago. This place doesn't have much "luxury' to it at all. Just more out of pocket costs for renters. $500 to replace my backwind shield they said they werent responsible and now another couple hundred to get my car out from towing which they also aren't responsible for. There are multiple issues, it came to the point where we did not feel like it was safe to live in the apartments. There were neighbors that would get drunk late at night and pound on doors, cops were called multiple times for disturbances in the complex and at the pool. A large kitchen knife was found in the kid's playground. Trees broken daughters scooter stolen and thrown into the lake. Living at Avana Cordoba has been the worst renting experience I have had in my life. My fiance and I moved in on December 1st. We were supposed to move into the largest 2 bedroom 2 bathroom floorplan. We had reserved the unit over 3 months before we were meant to move in. When we arrived to get our keys, they told us the apartment was not ready and wouldn't be for 2 days. There was no communication prior to us arriving on site about a delay. This apartment complex is baiting and switching residents into their complex. They show an immaculate model and then rent a roach infested dump! The local property manager and Regional Property Manager are non-responsive because it’s not important to them. The assistant property manager’s way to solve the issue was to blame my daughter and send pest control. UNACCEPTABLE!! How do I get someone to expose Morado West 6161 W McDowell? My daughter and fiancé signed a lease to move in on 10/20. Due to Covid, they only show model ... read more

Poorly trained staff and major appliance breakdowns in the first 2 months include washer/dryer (4 requests to fix it took a month), refrigerator (2 requests and a month) and the heat pump (3 requests). If I put in a maintenance request I can count on having to make at least two followups to ensure that it's acted on, understood, scheduled, etc. There is no process for followup or responses, you basically just wait until you have to go back and ask them again.
