What a fantastic place to stay for evening meal stay and breakfast. The food is superb, our room was luxurious with great amenities and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, nothing you askbfor is a problem.

I had lunch at The Lake Isle again today. The Chef did not disappoint! The food was as incredible as ever and I enjoyed every bite! The winter salad with marinated wild mushrooms and truffled white bean hummus was absolutely delicious. The tandoori roast carrot, black grains, pickles, charred greens and onion bhaji rings was a wonderful combination of flavours. Went here today (20th Sept 2025) to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary, but restaurant claimed they had no record of our reservation and no space, we left and went elsewhere, will not be coming here again, which is a shame as it was once a favourite venue of ours
Amazing stay. The best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Fantastic evening meal as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, very comfortable.
