Verified Renter Great management. The community and the amenities at the Knolls make it a great place to live and I dont plan on leaving anytime soon.

Horrible housing experience. Poor management and customer service. Numerous repairs, 16 significant repairs in 6 months and not completed in a timely manner. Constantly needing to fix things and inconvenience tenants for their taking short cuts, hiring ill equipped and untrained staff. Management will tell you to figure out problems on your own and “research” online things that they are responsible as landlords to take care of. Strongly recommend not living here.
