Although the landscaping is in need of some attention in certain areas the overall amenities are terrific! The location is central to everything that the surrounding communities offer as well as access to freeways.

Verified Renter The apartments even though they are a little dated are very big and very comfortable. The layouts are great and it is so quiet and tranquil in the complex. I really love it and I hope to live here for many years to come.
Verified Renter The Knolls is a wonderful place to live for families. Maintenance and other staff are excellent. We will be sad to leave, even though it is to move into our own home, after many happy years here. It's a great community. And the pool and gym are stellar.
