Ripped off after staying for 3 years I stayed in the apartment for more than 3 years and the stay was good. But beware of the management when you vacate the apartment. I got a email stating that I have to pay back more than 1300$ as part of cleaning and other paint job. The most shocking part was that I never got a physical mail of the invoice and after an year after the only email about the invoice, I got mail from property collections stating that the amount was sent to debt collector. Verified Renter The Knolls is a great place to live. Its safe, clean and quiet. Maintenance staff, Raul is friendly and good at what he does. Highly recommended!

Verified Renter The people here are friendly and the neighborhood is beautiful and clean. I love how many dogs are being walked and how many families are each day around the community, it really feels safe here. The apartment has high-quality sound isolation and the gym, pools, other amenities are high-quality as well. I've quickly fallen in love with this community.
