The Knolls I love living here! It's been about 6 months and the upkeep of the apartments is great, management is always very responsive and they fix all my requests in a timely manner.
The Knolls I wish I could give a positive review about my apartment complex, unfortunately my experience has more downs than ups. I will start with the positives though; great neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, banks, parks and schools. Many amenities including; two pools, gym, racquetball, tennis and basketball courts, etc... Other than that, everything in the complex is pretty dismal. Everything in my apartment falls apart and breaks on a regular basis. Communication between the office and maintenance is a nightmar... read more
