Clean rooms, great services, friendly and help full staff. Best value money can buy. Great escape from downtown London.
We were met on arrival, whereupon we were asked our breakfast preferences, and had to choose what to actually order. I realised later I had not been clear enough at this point, but I had just completed a 4 hour drive. We were taken to our accessible room, which was easy to access. We were briefly shown around and the TV setup was explained. After being left to explore we found a few issues but were generally happy with the room.
