The hotel and staff are very welcoming. They provide bottles of water, ice cream, and snacks in reception for you. The bedroom is not small and had a pleasant view from the window.
We have been coming to great Yarmouth for decades , being staying at this beautiful hotel for a number of years now Andrea and Heather are amazing so much attention to detail , fantastic food ,service .Rooms are spotless well the whole hotel is spotless. absolutely catered for all your needs short walk to end of the road the beach amenities . You will not be disappointed at all 100 % perfection guaranteed with a warm welcome.
Wanted a little break with grandson who is 14 Andrea made it a lovely experience she made him feel really welcome the room was really nice and o my god best sleep ever the beds were so comfy. Breakfast was really lovely there is so much on offer at this hotel Will be visiting soon again Andrea and Heather really seem to put their heart and soul into this place
