We had issues with past agents in selling our lake lot. In a nutshell...it just didn't sell. Joy went above and beyond to get our lot SOLD, and in a timely manner. She is a pleasure to work with, and also gets it DONE! We would highly recommend her!!

Joy and her team went "above and beyond" when selling my townhome. She recommended a stager to use and even loaned me some of her own materials to get the house ready for market.
