Joy and her Team are amazing in every way. weather it was Joy, John or Kim they all responded to any email or voice mail I sent. if I had a question they had the answer right away. they made the home buying process really easy and simplified, no stress at all.

Joy and her team are, in two words, the best! Somehow she managed she make the buying+selling process enjoyable.....or at least not SUPER stressful! She answered all of our questions in a very timely manner (and is still answering some, two years later!), managed to get us what we were looking for, and kept our whole family in mind during the whole process. I don’t *want* to move anytime soon, but if/when I do - there will be no question on who I call!

We had a great time working with John! He is an honest realtor that cares about his clients and makes the stressful experience of searching for a home easy and fun. He was also able to negotiate the price of the home we ended up buying down from the list price, which is not common in the current market from what I have been hearing. We enjoyed working with John and felt comforted knowing he and the rest of the Joy Erickson Real Estate Team were with us throughout the entire process!

Working with Joy was truly a joy! She worked tirelessly to find us a home and even when we had to pull out of buying a house, she got right back to looking for another house for us. She was very reliable and available to answer any of our questions, which is very important to us as first time home buyers. She is kind and worked hard for us, communicating with sellers agents on our behalf. We would 100% recommend Joy to anyone looking for a Realtor!
