We received the best service from everyone at the jewellery and watch company. We bought the engagement ring and our wedding bands from them (which we love) and all staff were super helpful and lovely from start to finish. Made everything so easy and special for us and we would recommend to anyone looking for their engagement/wedding rings.

I had 6 watches that needed new batteries. Some of these are limited editions, and I needed to find somewhere I felt I could trust. From the moment I walked in and spoke to Clayton and Rebecca, I knew that they would do a great job and I was not disappointed.
This is a great shop! My wife needed a necklace extension and we searched everywhere in Horsham and Chichester. This was the last shop we tried and what do you know … Sophie had just what we were after! When we got home we noticed that the clasp wasn’t closing properly so returned to the shop and Mike sorted it out there and then. It’s this cheerful, helpful kind of service that you just don’t get on the internet. Please support independent retailers wherever you can. Thanks again Mike and Sophie.
