Brilliant service from John at The Jewellery Exchange. I recently sold some jewellery to him and he gave me a better price than anyone else in Harrogate was offering. He also repaired and cleaned a bracelet for me and did a fabulous job. He is friendly, professional and a real jewellery expert. Would highly recommend.

I was delighted with the service and expertise I received at the Jewellery Exchange recently. I took in two items that I could no longer wear - a wedding ring that was too small and a beautiful moulded heavy silver bracelet that was too loose. Both have been adapted beautifully and also cleaned and polished to perfection. John was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this business and am so grateful to be able to enjoy wearing my jewellery once again.

Was looking for a quick jewellery repair in Harrogate at short notice. Stopped by and the lovely gentleman took a look and said it needed laser repair because of the finess of the safety chain. However, he very kindly removed the broken chain (not really needed) and gave my 70 year old bracelet a clean. Absolutely sparking and free of charge. Highly recommend them. Thank you.
