Absolute charlatan and dishonest trader. Broken 9ct gold chain valued as scrap in 2 other shops. £106 & £104.50. This joker says the chain is silver. Chain bought locally from reputable watchmaker. "Did you buy this abroad?". Disgraceful. Trading standards need to be gripping these people.
