Went to the other jeweller in town to have my watch repaired was told at least £490 in less than 20seconds, so tried the jewellers workshop was told NO CHARGE to look at it for me, I picked it up today and it’s still working!!! NO CHARGE, so remember if you need honest repairs, more Intrested in watches than £££

The owners are wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful , I was happy to pay for a new link on a bracelet which would have been triple the price I eventually paid as the jeweller explained the existing clasp just needed to be changed from a circle to oval to prevent the bracelet falling off . It cost just £4 and they were right it hasn't fallen off since . Their honesty cost them money but they preferred to be honest , quite rare in this day and age , would highly recommend and have been back several times since to purchase... read more

Richard and Lyn are extremely helpful and proffesional. I have always supported Richard and Lyn, the jewellers workshop, for the last 36 years and had no issues. I have purchased jewellery, had various items of jewellery altered and repaired without issue. Richard may appear abrupt, but the advice will always be right, buy, dont bother, has potential or can be altered....
