Amazing experience with the Jewellers Guild in Whitley Bay when we bought our engagement and wedding rings. Beautiful selection of jewellery and really helpful suggestions about how we could tweak things to make them unique and exactly as we wanted, nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff were really friendly and welcoming, especially Sarah - it made the whole process of choosing our rings special and a lovely experience to look back on. Highly recommend

Excellent service 5 stars is not enough
Fantastic service on a very sentimental piece. They were patient and allowed me to see all options of rings I could transform the slightly dated tired ring up to a more modern but classic piece. I absolutely love how it turned out. Lovely helpful team. Thank you all again! (Single solitaire ring for reference) x
