Always a pleasure to deal with the Jewel Box! They have prompt and friendly customer service. I’ve had several watch batteries replaced here.
I recommend The Jewel Box in the highest terms. The personalised service is second to none - Nicky discussed my piece with me in detail, gave me different options in different price ranges and shared his honest advice. He even kept the shop open late so that I could easily pick up. Very, very impressed!
The clasp had become damaged on a bracelet that's worth very little but I'm fond of. Nicky warned me that trying to fix it might do more harm than good, but I absolved him of blame and he fixed it beautifully while I waited. What a find.
I took my bracelet to mend to many other jewelers but it was only Nicky at Jewel Box in Hendon who managed to remake it. He did a first rate job! Highly recommended
Long story short: it’s Sunday, our reception is on Friday, and we didn’t have our rings yet. We went to many shops but couldn’t find our sizes. I found Jewel Box on Google Maps and called, it was the only shop that picked up the phone. Nicky said he wasn’t working that day, but he would be in the shop early Monday morning.
