5-Star I had a wonderful experience with Jewel Box! I brought in a damaged piece of jewelry that had a lot of sentimental value, and they repaired it beautifully. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations. They were also very professional, friendly, and timely with the service. The work was done promptly and efficiently. The stone returned to its place as if nothing had happened. The ring shone again, pleasing the eye with its brilliance and reminding of pleasant moments. I was very satisfied with the result and with a clear conscience I recommend this workshop to everyone who needs jewelry repair.

Very knowledgeable, great customer service. We felt we are in good hands . The bespoke ring we got is absolutely spot on.
