DON'T STAY AT THE J HYDE PARK HOTEL. It was supposed to be a wonderful last days of April. Oh boy, I couldn't be more wrong. I've booked this place on 4th April for 27-30th April. My horror started even before I arrived at the place, but hold on with me. After 5 hour journey, I stepped into the hotel. Then, the lady at the reception desk told me that "there was some maintenance issue with my room" and that I could not stay at this place. She gave me no other clear reason for what happened. Great location and service Walls need painting and carpets outside rooms need cleaning and replacing. One rooms curtain had a stain.

Well maintained and room with good condition, had a great time with J-Hydepark. Very friendly staff with 24h service. Great location, just 5 min walk to Bayswater and Queensway stations.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days. The rooms were cleaned and of London's standard size. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Although we stayed on the 4th floor without a lift, requiring us to climb a flight of stairs, since we were aware of the facilities in advance, we had no complaints. It was almost like a workout! The location was excellent and central; just a 2-minute walk across the road and you're in the expansive Hyde Park, spanning 300 acres

This is really good place to stay. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is undoubtedly friendly and helpful. The place is so close to rail stations and main attractions in London. I enjoyed my stay very well and worth to my money. I would like to recommend anyone to enjoy a serene stay.
