Today Edward cut and styled my hair and I've got to say it looks amazing. I went to another hairdressers 2 weeks ago and so disappointed it was awful, but he has rectified that and made me feel so much happier, thank you so much Edward!

Today Rachel not only made my hair look healthy and beautiful, she also made me feel genuinely cared for. She listened to what I wanted, made sure I felt comfortable at every step, and her kindness meant so much to me. The colour is perfect, the cut is exactly right, and I left the salon feeling lighter and happier than when I arrived. So happy to have found The Ivory Salon, the whole atmosphere is welcoming and professional, and it’s clear from the moment you arrive that you’re in expert hands. Emma, the owner, went above and beyond, she took the time to understand my hair (which is very thick and not always easy to manage!) and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. I had a brilliant experience at ivory salon, the customer service is brilliant very friendly staff I would definitely recommend if anyone is looking to go somewhere cozy and comfortable, I got a perm done by Nicky she is fabulous, such a friendly person and easy to talk to my hair is fabulous and I couldn’t recommend enough!
