I went for dinner, the food was delicious, although a very small menu, it was adequate. Oh, the huge scallops! Nina front of house, went out of her way to accommodate me and my trusty canine companion Minstrel. Neil in the bar has great Craic with a bit of poetry thrown in for good measure. Stunning views, stunning location with well kept grounds and a golden sands breach just footsteps away. Idyllic location, friendly staff, and good service. The food is fantastic. The Internet and WiFi are not great and may depend on your network provider.Beach is perfect. Rock pools and walks. Hotel is 2 miles from Castlebay the main village. Community bus stop at the hotel with 3 buses a day. 3 taxi companies on the island. Car hire is not easy. If it is a getaway location you want this is it.

Beautiful location, but it's really a hostel at luxury prices. Public areas are elegant and spacious, but our room was tiny - nowhere to sit apart from the bed because we had to use the two foldable chairs as clothes space. There was a short hanging rail, but no shelves or cupboards. It was good to have a bath in the en suite, but the shower was very weak.
