Burnt fries and blood dripping from the "well done" burger
Delicious. Happy to rediscover The Iowa Stater. Love how they use Iowa produced products. Looking forward to returning.
waited an hour for our burgers on a slow night. Burger was well done instead of medium. And then rang us up the wrong bill for $30 extra. no hurry to go back!
My wife, sister, brother-in-law and decided to try the IowaStater for an early dinner before a recent concert, and we were very impressed! The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. The wait for the food did seem a tad long, given the less-than-half filled dining room, but the entrees were all worth the wait! I just found my new "go to" restaurant when I am in Ames!
Celebrating another Cyclone graduation! Great service, food and ambiance!
My wife and I came for the Sunday brunch. It was excellent! Best brunch we've ever been to! We will be returning!
