I’ve just spoke with Julie Arthurs and I couldn’t be more delighted with her service she provided. Although it wasn’t the result I expected I understood the reasons why and Julie explained everything so well and you can tell she actually cares about giving the best level of care possible. Julie at the insurance surgery went above and beyond to help me, without her I would never have known how to get insurance with my complicated health condition. She supported me every step of the way, explained what was happening and my options, contacted and applied for insurance. She was also really friendly and understood what it's like to live with a long term health condition. Huge thanks to her and the insurance surgery for being there when I needed them
