Was here for lunch only. Super friendly staff and good food. The garden was lovely
We had such a lovely time here, and not just cos the weather was nice sitting in their lovely garden! The menu was amazing, great selection and good value. Struggled to choose but glad I had the soup (excellent) and we noticed how amazing the ploughman's was over on the next table! Run by a kind and friendly team. Not surprised they've won Pub of the Year!
I stayed for a few nights in the summer. Dee and Jeff were very welcoming and hardworking. So were the rest of their staff. They all greeted me and my dog by our name every time we saw them. The room was ok. The noise of the main road wasn’t an issue. The room was very hot but a fan was provided. No lift so I seemed to be up and down stairs all the time. Fabulous Sunday roast. Service was brilliant. Lovely couple and was wholesome. Beautiful gardens and Buildings..loved it 💙
