Frankie was lovely, very easy to talk to, she listened to what I wanted, consulted me on the best way to achieve my hair goals, and gave me advice for home care too. My hair looks and feels incredible, so much lighter and healthier without having lost too much length. Cannot recommend her enough. 10/10

The wedding hair from these guys was absolutely superb! From the bridesmaids to the bride (me) the hair was absolutely amazing, stayed in all day and everyone looked lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for Reflections and they truly made the morning. Thank you!

It was lovely to meet Nicola. She was very friendly. I was really grateful that she listened to me and helped me achieve the look I was hoping for. I'll certainly look forward to seeing her again, in the new year. On the whole, I had a great first experience at the salon. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, professional staff throughout and quality service. 5 stars.

Overall Susan was great and gave me great tips on how to style my curly hair. The salon is nice, staff are friendly but customer service could be better. I had booked an appointment online, and on the day I was phoned to say they needed to rearrange me. The receptionist wanted to rearrange my 4pm appointment to 8am in a few days time.. She then offers 10am (much more convenient) to which I say yes that would be great, but she puts me on hold to go check with the hairdresser. A first visit to a new hairdressers can be intimidating - but not today:-) Jess was brilliant at working out what I wanted from my colour and I love the result. We also had lots of fine chat. Lola gave me a great cut and finish - and a particularly good head massage. I will definitely be coming back!
