I've had many treatments at the House of Beauty and I've always been delighted with the service and the quality of the treatments.I've found the owner (Sarah) to be helpful, professional and very engaging. The facility is lovely, with a gorgeous atmosphere and beautiful treatment rooms. I've lived here in Torquay for over 15-years and tried other salons - this is easily the best available in the Torbay area.

Owner is extremely rude and unaccomodating, and clearly doesn't handle stress well. For a small business they are surprisingly rude to their customers, and do little to make their customers happy. Sadly it's not isolated to me, as friends of mine have also had the same experience with being hung up on when trying to make a booking and also left in tears. If you appreciate good service and a relaxing, trusting experience at a salon I would avoid this place at all costs.
