Excellent hotel, we opted for The Zoo Room and it was stunning inside with some excellent little touches and very good detail, can get a little noisy as above a bar bit not too bad, service was very good, it is next to a multi storey carpark attached to shopping center so we parked there with no issues
Lauren was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Sorted a room for us even though we arrived early. The place was spotless, loved the mini bar with very feasible pricing. Fresh milk provided, plenty of coffee and tea choices and a jar of sweets too! For the price and great location this place is amazing and we will definitely staying here whenever we visit Chester. Would have loved to have stayed longer but we will definitely do that next time.
Excellent location and great value for the quality. Very attentive staff who communicated from start to finish to ensure our stay went smoothly. Aimee and Shannon were amazing. Loved staying in the zoo and the upgrade package was definitely worth it. Can't wait to be back
Only complaint is the lack of air-conditioning in the room we stayed in. Otherwise, the room was beautiful & the extra touches were amazing!
We stayed at The Hotel in Chester on 30th November 2024. While the rooms were beautifully designed and very clean, our overall experience was unfortunately disappointing due to a major issue with noise. We were not informed in advance that there is a nightclub directly opposite the hotel playing extremely loud music well past midnight. Had we known, we would have chosen a different location.
