Had dinner here after a long bike ride. Great pub, lovely owners and staff, excellent food (compliments to the new chef). Congratulations to everyone there
We had booked to stay in a cottage ( Kilve granary) and was so disappointed with the entire state of the place we went to this pub to escape it . I was asked by the staff if I was ok because I was so upset and explained to them our situation, they kindly came back to us with a list of properties that might be available, it was a bank holiday weekend and there was a festival in the village so the hood arms was full , we ate in here twice and the food was amazing! Das Essen im Pub war fantastisch, Lachs mit Kartoffelnfischbällchen, super Sosse und Queller mit irgendwelchen Fisch drin, und dazu lecker Cider.
Lovely pub and great food. Also could order an extra sausage for our pooch
