Those guys were really nice. They unloaded me quick & they even helped me fold my tarps
This was by far one of the worse experience I had ever received in customer service. I've been trying to get carpet installed for over a month now. Went to Home Depot today and asked for the AARP discount . Would not give as they claimed Home Depot didn't have this even after I showed it to them on the web site
I had a very pleasant experience this afternoon at the Home Depot in New Rochelle. Went in there and was waited on immediately by Marshall Cooper. I needed to buy a refrigerator and he couldn't have be more helpful. He spent time with me and educated me about the different models and manufacturers. Polite, patient, knowledgable he was. I will definitely come back.
I love it when I have to call the store manager, tell him/her what aisle I am calling from and ask for someone to come and help me. But in all fairness, it's not just this particular HD.
No employees in pro desk now for half hour! In Customer service employees standing there doing nothing. Worst Home Depot I've ever been to. Need to fix service and get employees off cell phones!
My experience with the Home Depot in New Rochelle has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in terms of product and customer service! I will not make the mistake of using them again!
If I could give less the 1 star I would. Don't buy appliances from Home Depot! I purchased a new Maytag refrigerator and it's been broken since. I've been waiting for someone to call back for a week. All food went bad and medication that should be kept at a consistent temperature is not! $1,000 medication and a years worth gone! Thanks Home Depot for the worst customer service! I'll never buy here again
