Most Home Depot's have started to get lazy with these self service machines that the majority take only CARDS! They have the function to take both cash and cards, but don't want to have more clerks handle the public to flow everybody faster... I've been long turned off by Home Depots practices and long lines... I usual go to Loew as it's a much better store and faster with better customer service..

I am a long-time Home Depot shopper and credit card holder. I received an offer in the mail just a couple weeks ago for $30 off my purchase in-store. I’m making a substantial purchase online because I cannot go to the store due to coronavirus. I called HD Online Customer Support who told me to call Consumer Credit Card Support who referred me back to Online Support. I was told that I can receive the discount if I come to the store. worst ever they should hire people that actually want to work there and not just be there to get paid
Love love the craft activities every first Saturday for the kids. Attendants are helpful and hands on. Best of all it’s free. Kudos to this Home Depot! Also have activities for adults too. Had so much fun when I attend one during the Christmas season.
Hire competent people who actually care about doing their jobs correctly .

I came to buy a shower head. That are so many different varieties. I need help, I stood for 45 going on 50. No help. Finally after this wait someone came to ask if I need help I said yes. He said I will be right back. Another 45 min he did not come back, finally a guy came after I had to call him. Then he told he knows nothing about that area. I am like oh boy. But at least he went to get someone. Then me hector came to my rescue an help me out. I will never come here again. Very unprofessional people.
