Standing in New Rochelle Home Depot for about an hour but no one has asked me if I needed help. They’ve walked passed me a few times but nothing. This place needs to fire their employees and make this a self serve.

I am in the middle of a bad experience. We took the time to visit last Sunday and set up a measurement appointment for carpet -- they we supposed to come last Monday, but were a no show. When I called on Tuesday and spoke with an associate I was assured to get a call that day -- no call. It is now Friday-- I have been trying to get in touch with someone all week. No one answers the phone EVER!!! Horrible service-- the recording keeps telling me to hold for a person--who never comes!!
