Waited 1/2 hour for someone to help us in the gardening section.the cashier continued to page for assistance and no one came. Can't wait til Lowes opens up at ridge hill!

Found what I needed. The staff in the paint department were fantastic. They were helpful and knowledgeable. Great job.
There was NO ONE to help my granddaughter and I to look through the Christmas trees that were tightly bundled together. Believe me we tried, but even though at 14 years old she had strength it was impossible to pull the trees out and even when we did they had a net over them and we had no tool to cut it off. Like who is the manager that didn't have a single employee in that section other than the cashier and the guy cutting the bottom of the trunk? This was the first time it has happened, but there is no excuse...
The staff was fabulous in helping us find a new sink and cabinet for our bathroom!!!
I had a great experience here at the new Rochelle location. The kids workshop Is great and my son had a lot of fun here. The staff are also very nice and attentive.
