very clean and well organized store..staff was very polite, everyone I passed wanted to help me find what I was looking for...Told them just looking and getting an idea of what I needed..they still smiled and told me to have a good weekend!
I bought 18 sheets of sheetrock And 20 studs and there was no military discount. When I asked, I was told it was because the price fluctuate and they aren't able to give one. I haven't shopped at Home Depot much. I prefer Lowe's. I was closer to your store so I thought I would use you. You just confirmed why I don't shoot there.
I bought 2 gallons of paint from this store and was given the wrong color. When I went in to return it, they would only return it for the sale price(even though I had paid full price for the paint) but still sold me the correct color for full price. Therefore I had to pay $20 for THEIR mistake, make an extra trip to the store with two kids, wasted 45 minutes for a simple exchange and still have to repaint part of my hallway with the correct color.
