Customer Service I love being able to walk in this store and have questions answered by knowledgeable sale people. They are always friendly and helpful when we are looking for something!!
Home Depot put an ad up for 50% all shrubs and trees as seen in the phot, they rang up as a shrub, however we were told they were not apart of the sell because they were a perennial. We asked for a manager and the assistant manager refused to honor the sign which had no stipulation as to what kind of plants were exempt from sale. The new refrigerator was delivered today. They took the storm door handle off and put it back on wrong - we couldn't even get out the door. They dented up the front when they put the kick plate on crooked. Thry didn't hook up the water to our Culligan filter. Didn't tell us we needed anything extra to do that. Totally unprofessional.
Online order canceled. Credit not issued to my gift card. I had to drive 45 miles to attempt to get my money back. 50 minutes later I walked out without my full refund. It took 2 assistant managers, 2 employees and IT to get what I got. I will never set foot in this store again. AND a few of the items I ordered were in stock.
I placed an order May 15th for site to store and here it is the 22nd, and it's been sitting in CA for 4 days!!!! I should have just ordered from Amazon and got it in 2 days!!! I'll likely NEVER ORDER FROM HOME DEPOT EVER AGAIN!!!
I placed an order with them on April 18 and it was to be ready on the 28th for pick up, which is ridiculously long to wait. Now it wont be ready for pick up till May 4th. Communication has been kimuted and often the links in there own emails don't work. Shop somewhere else! Never again.
We purchased a Kohler shower for bathroom and it arrived smashed. Took several days and endless time to get replacement only to have that one also arrive smashed! Now we are trying to contact Home Depot and Kohler AGAIN with no luck. My bathroom is unusable and of course the darn thing is still being billed to my account.
I am extremely disappointed in your online processing and ordering. The communication between “online” and store is like 2 different companies. I got this update on the online tracking but everyone that I talk to tells me something different. Poor service. Poor communication. Do not do business with the Home Depot they are not accountable to themselves or their customers.
