I had a great experience at this store today. I'm upgrading my under cabinet lights in the kitchen to LED, and had no idea how many choices there are. Different sizes, direct wired or plug-in, etc. A manager named Bryan reviewed selections on the computer and talked through the decisions with me. I am not mechanically oriented, and am selecting hardware that my handy man will install. Bryan's help made me feel confident that I made the right choice. Walked into the east Home Depot and felt very uncomfortable by the employees

Went to Home Depot to take advantage of their four for $10 sale on plants. Signage was extremely ambiguous and unclear. When we explain to the clerk at the register that what we thought these plants are on sale she was rude and told us to be quiet. We then ask for a manager an associate showed up and proceeded to check the signs. Both the associate and the clerk behind the counter made it sound like it was our fault for their mistake will not be returning to buy plants. I visit the east Home Depot because It is convenient. I have left that store frustrated almost to tears because I could not get any help. The employees had not problem looking past this heavyset older woman to some younger person. However, that being said, The last three times I was there I got helped and with a smile, Saturday, a young lady with a funky hat (which I loved by the way) come directly to me and asked if she could help me.
