We have been waiting for a window that we ordered for two months now. At least 7 conversations, 5 trips there in person. They lost it, they reordered it, they called, told us to pick it up, then they lost it again. Complete time suck and stressor. Never, ever will they get a dime of my money again.
Rent from this place all the time equipment is decent just check it yourself out before you rent don't take their word that it's functioning properly there is only one decent employee in rental he is good the rest are very rude and disrespectful would like to keep going back but the overwhelming amount of bad service I will no longer do business with this store.

Bah humbug home depot ! Sign over display says all holiday 50% off. Several items ring up at full price listed. Salesperson called manager who says those items aren't considered "holiday". Then why are they in the "holiday " display under the 50% off sign? I ended up putting everything back. #ripoff

Had several projects planned and contacted HD to set up time. Done. But, when I left the Dr's office to confirm appointment with Marlene, no one could find her. Put on hold 4 times. Finally gave up, Sent e-mail. No response.Not the way to do business.
