I think this store is poor in service and horrible towards its employees they violate company policy and constitutional rights
You can just feel the stress level in there. There's 1 person in there that yells at the top of her lungs that people don't know how to do their jobs and complains about her supervisor and I've seen her throw things and push a cart out of her way and almost hit another customer when she was upset cause she didn't get her way. Not a nice place to work for.
Awful service, and managers! Got charged twice and was told I have to take more time out to come by tomorrow to fix it. Which I have no choice to do but afterwards NEVER shopping there again!
I'm at Home Depot all over Northern Il and this location has the best Pro Desk
Awful customer service out of the flooring department. First the measurer was a no call no show forcing us to waste a whole Saturday waiting for no one. Then when we call to complain I was insulted by the employee because I wasnt willing to make the phone call that they as an employee should be making. And no one even attempts to keep me as a customer. We'll take our 2000+ project somewhere else. The only reason they get a 2 is bc they made the employee call and apologize on my voicemail.
