Do not purchase new appliances if you want them to install. Installation company is terrible and they will not install the appliances when you pay additional for installation. They write on the receipt: customer will install. When purchasing all new kitchen appliances they tell me that we need to move a valve to hook up water line to fridge that has been in place for 12 years. The two women working at your customer service desk right now are extremely rude.
I took my grandson to a kids workshop yesterday and he built a truck. It was our first time and I have to admit that he did an awesome job. He didn't want to follow instructions at first, but once I explained that the truck wouldn't be right, he calmed down and listened. I will be signing him up for other workshops. A good way to get kids interested in working with tools, reading how-to instructions and working with their hands.
We were at The Home Depot, Rockford for the framing for hope, put on by habitat for humanities, it was great to see so many people out to help with a common goal of helping people!!! ED Ward and his team were excellent in both helping us with getting the task done and providing the nessesary tools and get the job done! Thank you so much Home Depot! You are an excellent asset in this community!!!
I went Today Monday January 30th...the Cashier was over the top helpfull!..her name was Anna Maria!...this woman needs a raise!...she was the face and voice of Home Depot!...and she did a fantastic job!...I sincerely hope that her management team sees this!...because of her Attitude and Customer service skills she should be applauded!.. thank you Ann Marie for making my Shopping experience at The Home Depot in Rockford,Il downright enjoyable!
Great help. I called him the candy cane guy. Gave me one! Showed us a great deal on a tool box. Helped us get it loaded and everything!
